Neil Weintraut 

Neil Weintraut has been involved with Internet businesses dating back to its initial commercialization in 1994 and is currently a partner at Cloud Ventures. Neil co-founded Palo Alto Venture Partners which backed CareerBuilder (OTC-CBDR and subsequently acquired by Knight-Ridder), AdForce (OTC-ADFC and subsequently acquired by CMGI), Nextance (acquired by Versata) and Demandforce (acquired by Intuit). Prior to PAVP, Neil was an Internet Analyst at Hambrecht & Quist, underwriting Internet pioneers such as Checkpoint Software, cNet, Netscape, and UUNET Technologies. Neil was also an advisor to the International Olympic Committee on the application of the Internet to the Olympic Games. Neil is on the board of advisors of the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab. He worked as a design engineer at Daisy Systems, and IBM. Neil has an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BSEE from Drexel University.

Don Hutchison

Don Hutchison is a seasoned executive helping entrepreneurs define and achieve their vision. His areas of greatest engagement are in product marketing, distribution strategies, revenue generation, financing, organizational structure and leadership guidance. Don was Co-founder & Chairman at Recurrent Energy, acquired by Sharp. He was CEO at, acquired by As SVP & GM at Excite@Home, Don built @Home’s business-focused division, garnering over 5,000 new business accounts and $45M in annual revenues. As Netcom’s SVP Sales & Marketing, Don drove revenues from under $2M to over $120M and co-marketed the company’s successful IPO in 1994, the first “pure play” Internet venture to go public. Don invested in, advised, and served on the boards of other internet ventures, including Critical Path (IPO), Exodus (IPO), Raindance Communications (IPO) and Zengine (IPO). Don has an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and a BA, Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara.
